At Meowdel, we aim to deliver your accessories quickly, safely, and reliably. The information below outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, and important delivery details.

We currently ship:
- Australia-wide
- New Zealand
- Selected international destinations

Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped using trusted courier partners, including:
- Australia Post (domestic and international)
- DHL Express or FedEx (selected international orders)
The shipping carrier is selected based on the most efficient and reliable option for your delivery location.
Order Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business day.
During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Express orders placed before 10:00am (AEST/AEDT) are prioritised for same-day dispatch (where possible)

Australia

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
- Australia Post: 5–10 business days
- DHL Express / FedEx: 5–7 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:
- Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or import charges
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority
- Payment of any duties or taxes is the responsibility of the customer
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your order details, please contact us at info@meowdel.co as soon as possible.
- Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched
- Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order
- Promotions or discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Meowdel is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect details
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Meowdel is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen parcels where tracking confirms delivery
- Delays caused by postal or courier services
However, we will always assist you in:
- Lodging an enquiry with the carrier
- Helping locate your parcel where possible
